Masturbation is fine, but I do tend to pull the foreskin forwards more than back towards the shaft(due to the pain). I have just realized this.
Also the glans is never exposed, the hole becomes maybe 1/2cm wide at most during masturbation. I haven't tried intercourse yet.Jeff
