BXO?

I developed phimosis a couple of years ago. I overcame it with the help of my urologist and some steriod cream. Now, my urologist just diagnosed me with BXO. He said thats what probably caused my phimosis. My symptoms are a patch of harding skin on the head of my penis also I have lost skin pigment on the gland. In additon to that I have a couple of small red blotches on the head. Ive read that there is some sort of test should be givin to make sure its BXO. Is that correct? My urologist is confident that it is BXO and he gave my a steriod cream to treat it. The cream appears to be working but im not sure if this is a long term solution. Now, im having a problem "shooting straight" when I use the bathroom. Ive developed a "spray pattern" could this also be from the BXO? I go back to the doc at the end of the month and ill address this with him. Is there any other questions I should ask? any other treatment I should ask about? any info,help, advise would be apprecated. any comments from Trolls will be ignored.
