I finally attempted to do it after a lot of thought - intercourse. It definetely was not as easy as I thought. I am having a hard time figuring out the right position to do it. And since it was her first experience too, she was tight and my penis softened after hitting her vagina wall a couple of times. Even when she was wet, the passage was not very comfortable. Is this weird?

Any advice on how to take it and how to keep it hard for a longer time is appreciated. I normally have no problem keeping it hard but only in this situation it looses its hardness sooner than I would like.
