Can you not be patient and wait for the problems to be resolved?
A circumcision could very well mean a lifetime of problems, whereas your current issue may be quite temporary.
You complain now that it can't stand to be touched, well what if, even months after the surgery you are unable to stand your bare glans rubbing against your clothing? What will you do then? Or what if the opposite occurs, and you feel very little during masturbation and intercourse? It seems to me that the only problem you have is impatience and mis-understanding of your body.
It would be foolish for you to have this surgery done for the reasons you describe. But, as a consenting adult, it's your choice..........
