Also, when stretching, is it better to grasp the ends on the outside, or to do it by pulling in opposite directions with two fingers inside the airhole (opposed to thumbs on the external surfaces)?
I discovered that I am able to do the latter in the shower recently, and it seems to allow for greater stretching.
