Thanks Jim. Your friend who worked it out by himself was pretty savvy I'd say - "he asked me how a guy could possibly become 24 and not have worked it out by then. He had solved his own problem just by using it."

I think I was around 28 before I'd even worked out what exactly it was I wanted to sort. That was the difficult part. Sorting it was relatively easy.

And I wasn't a virgin. I just never managed to think carefully enough about how I wanted things to work. Oh well. Attitudes as well as foreskins seem to have loosened up quite healthily over the last ten years.
