Myself only had adhesions and a sensitive glans. Neither of which approached me -- NOR anyone else in my surroundings -- as whoa-fuck-what-a-damn-big-and-life-threatening-problem. Mind, I have heard from other guys who had adhesions: "Yea, it's still stuck together here. Mom'll take care of it / It'll prolly release soon." This in a perfectly natural, calm voice, like if there were nothing to worry about -- and indeed, there isn't.
