Balantis?

I am an uncircumsized 18 year old male that is on the doryx antibiotic. I seem to have developed balantis my penis is red halfway with some other red patches the foreskin is red and my penis is covered by white segma type dry skin. I am going to see my dermatologist on the 19th. The penis dosent seem to be doing better the redness gets bigger and my skin seems to retract harder and it seems to have a little tear that agrivates it. What should I do?
