Dear YoungnNaive: Hmmm...your two separate messages are a bit confusing. First you say that you have balanitis, which is BXO (Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans, also known as lichen sclerosis et atrophicus) and then you tell us that you don't have BXO, but that you have a cut on the outside of your foreskin, together with reddening and white spots. Please be more specific. Tell us exactly what you have experienced and what you have done...including professional consultations.
