That is what I have except my penis head is halfway red. And the foreskin is also a bit more red. The whitestuff are not spots but kind of like dryskin.

I went to the dermatologist he prescribed me Doryx for my acne. After weeks of using he increased the dosage to 200mg daily. After the dosage increased i noticed red spots on my penis while bathing. I thought it was nothing so i left it. Two weeks later it started to itch so i pulled it back noticed the penis with red patches and the whitestuff all over it i cleaned it and went to sleep. Next morning i found the skin to be a litle tough to pull back but i still can pull it back its just there is 1 litle cut that gets agreveted.I then started searching on the net. It could be the balantis that is caused by a yeast infection? I am going for a check up on dec19 to dermatologist so I will bring this problem up.
