AJ's illness may be attributable to candida. All along he has maintained that he had difficulty in stretching, so an overgrowth of candida was the likely culprit. In his case, the infections may have spread. He would be well advised to see his local arm-chair practioner and seek some help for it being that he has symptons of cloudy thinking, identity confusion, and a hardened heart. There is no telling where it might infect next. I'm sure you wish him all the best, don't you 28/f?
