There's no universal constant with these things, Jake. There's also no relative aspect ratio in terms of penis to frenulum size. Back when I had one it was titchy, couldn't tell you exactly how long it was though as I never measured it. A good rule of thumb though: If it causes you pain - it ain't right and to short! If it touches your knees: It ain't right and too long!
