Jake, that's great that you have succeeded in getting full retractility. The frenulum needs be only long enough to allow retraction to the point at which YOU are satisfied. As every penis has its own unique characteristics and measurements, so does this essential part of the penis.

If YOU think your frenulum needs to be longer, it will stretch just the same as the other tissue that you have stretched. Penile tissue is quite elastic, and I don't think I have to illustrate that for a guy your age (LOL), so it will respond quite favorably to your efforts.

One method that little boys use, as told by Dr Paul quite frequently, is the pulling of the foreskin. You can successfully stretch the frenulum by doing this, simply grasping the bottom part of your skin by the frenulum, pulling it out away from your body and holding it in the stretched position for several minutes at a time. Also, when peeing, take a few extra seconds to do that same stretch. My friend in Texas took this exact advice and found total and permanent relief within about two to three months. He related that he enjoyed every minute of it, and I'm sure you will too Jake.
