Becareful with this one, Jake. Far more so than with stretching the foreskin the frenulum is very blood happy (i.e - it'll leave a right mess if it snaps as opposed to tiny scars etc.) You really don't want to find yourself in the "rip and tear" cycle. If it gets all sore or painful, then I'd suggest you back off doing it (in case you didn't already know).
