Obviously Jake knows, but for the kids out there who haven't gotten the message - an open sore, like the rips discussed here, is a perfect opening for diseases, particularly HIV. Your best defense against these, besides abstinence and a one-and-only relationship, is a quality condom used every time (a new one each time). It's also the most effective way (besides abstinence) for a nloke not to become an unintended daddy. Okay, lecture's over. Now go play safely.
