Yes, we've been through this before. I don't offer a first of a second solution and certainly not in any order of preference. It's not my job or that of anyone here to say "this should be your first option" and "this should be your second", that's down the individual with the problem. It's their choice.
As for the stretching thing - I don't mean to make it sound more "iffy", I'm just trying to put the exersize into perspective. It is not the Holy Grail of phimosis curing as many would like others to believe and I don't believe it's right for certain parties to promote it as such. It works for some and not for others. It's simple.
