As before Ivan, you have made several excellent points.
The young man has obviously made it to this point in his life with his glans totally covered. From the lack of evidence in his question, it can be assumed that he has also been sexually active and satisfied till now. Furthermore, from the evidence you have offered in regard to the satisfaction of thousands of adult men around the world with the same condtion, it can be assumed that nothing will change to any great degree. The illustration made about the glove is indeed absurd for the reasons you have stated as well as the fact that it would introduce another layer of insulation. It was an argument that wouldn't make it up to the weak point on the scale.
We have already had a good doctor tell us many times over how ridiculous it is to resort to surgery when non-invasive procedures are much more successful. Your point about the financial interest vs patient concern is one that has been closely examined by many before you, so I don't find that in any way shape or form to be out-of-line. Obviously, many share your viewpoint.
While you are modestly claiming ignorance about the success of skin expansion techniques, you are absolutely correct that testimony reveals it works every time the principles are applied.
