There is nothing wrong with putting up such links, and in no way was I "putting you right".

What I am saying is that you are particularly optimistic if you should see that memorandum as any admission whatsoever of remorse or realisation on the part of either the circumcision industry or the medical regulatory bodies on the ethics of circumcision.

It is all the more fascinating to see that they only consider possible mishaps as an annoyance or risk - a possible and unfortunate source of complaint.

If anything, it has the same import as a memo from Herr Goebbels to the Auschwitz administration regarding a perceived flaw in the efficacy of the gas generators.
