Ivan, the tape ring would be your easiest bet. Putting it on and taking it off is simple, and there is nothing make. Just tear off the appropriate length, fold over a little on one end to facilitate easy release, pull the skin forward and tape the ring around it. When you need to pee, reverse the procedure, then when done, put it back again.

You may wish to try 3M Transpore which is quite flexible, allowing it to navigate the curves well. It also releases easily.
