Yes, as you described. However, what you had is not what the first guy had, nor is it what Steve here describes.

And that is exactly why I am "chipping in", as I did before, to point out why your suggestion is not helpful.

I don't like your habitual vulgarity, it is true. That is rarely associated with useful contributions in any field, let alone medical practice. And I don't like your premature suggestion that what Steve described, is "fraenulum breve" when his description clearly points the other way, because that is not going to make it any easier for him to fix his problem.
