Me too.

Nope, mine covers the knob completely even whilst I'm stiff. Keep in mind that there are no structures (muscles if you like) in your foreskin to retract it. Actually, the only structures there, are to hold the foreskin forward. Whether your foreskin retracts or not when you have a stiffy depends on (1) how much of a "grower" you are, (2) how long or short your foreskin is, i.e. does it just barely cover the knob whilst soft or do you have a bit of an elephant's snout on the end? and (3) how loose or tight the opening on the tip of your foreskin is.

It's quite normal, especially for boys up to and into puberty to have a foreskin which is quite tight. As they grow, many boys' foreskins loosen up, allowing the tip to stretch and retract over the knob. One of the things that helps this loosening process along is as you naturally explore your body and also enjoying a good wank on a regular basis.

There are some boys too, whose foreskin is so short, that as they grow it gradually isn't big enough to cover the knob and they end up appearing circumcised. There are also boys whose foreskin remains tight and the foreskin isn't able to be drawn back. Doctors, especially in the US, seem to be preoccupied with whether your foreskin goes back and they like to scare parents with dire predictions for you if they don't have you circumcised.

The truth is that you can function very well if your foreskin is tight. If you like it the way it is, no reason to change, and if you want to be able to pull it right back, all that's needed is some simple, gentle, regular stretching exercises, sometimes helped with the use of Betamethazone Cream or ointment that helps the skin stretch.

Quite often, doctors, especially those who know nothing of foreskins will say the cream and stretching doesn't work. Bollocks, it virtually always does and doesn't take all that long. There's plenty of information here on this forum in past messages on how to do it, and if you seem to run into a snag, then myself or fine people like Paul B,, who is a doctor and has also written you, can lend you all the advice needed.
