Phimosis

Hello,
Im a 16 yr old who until 2 days ago did not realise i had phimosis. I didnt even know what it was. I have been doing some reading up about it and now i realise that i have a very very tight foreskin that has never been able to retract. The idea of circumcision is a bit scary and i wamt to start these stretching exercises you guys suggest. i starting masturbating not long ago, but the only pleasure i get from this is when i orgasm(in other words all i get is a few seconds of pleasure) is this normal? i mean, is masturbation only meant to feel good at the end or is the phimosis stoping me from getting longer pleasure from masturbation. Any comments would be appreciated.
