There's a post over on the Fathermag Circ. Forum about an autobiography (probably embellished) of a man who described much the same situation - tight foreskin, limited pleasure in intercourse - who found within a few sessions that his foreskin loosened up nicely and he then found sex immensemy pleasurable. Give it a look (the thread is called Literary Foreskin). If you can find the book you might like that too.
