You've already seen a doctor, so the diagnosis of BXO has already been ruled out. That leaves a yeast infection as the culprit. Often, such an infection can lead to symptons as you describe. You need to be treated for candida. If you have that much trouble getting medical help, visit your local health food store and ask them for the most aggressive products they recommend. In addition to taking the preparations, you'll need to change your diet, eliminating all carbohydrates temporarily until the infection is well under control.
