Well, in all honesty, the 'call the doctor' mantra sounded so like AJ, whom we hadn't heard from in about a week, that I at least suspect "bob" to be a pseudonym for AJ. It would certainly be an excellent one, too, since he goes on ever so long about having his penis bobbed. But I'm afraid that is far too clever and self-revelatory for him.
