I was like you. Got a partial circumcision and got exactly what I wanted: partly covered head when soft, and automatically retracting skin when hard.

There really isn't much of a way to make a foreskin grow shorter. On some guys, it happens during puberty, for itheres, it doesn't.

I realise that dicussing circumcision in this forum has become impossible due to some zealots, but I just had to say this since I was like you.
