Progress and doubts

Hi,

I've been stretching now for quite some time. I have to admit I don't do it as many times as I should but I normally do it at least once a day using hydrocortisone cream. The first results have been very quick to show, in a couple of weeks I was able to retract my foreskin behind my gland with an erection but since then I haven't gone much further. Retracting the foreskin behind my glans I have been able to find out 2 things. The first is that the frenulum is very short and the second is that beside the frenulum there are some other ligatures that connect the foreskin to the base of the gland and cause the gland to bend forward when the the foreskin is pulled back further than the base of the gland, which of course is not comfortably achievable during an erection. These ligatures really seem like they should be cut surgically. Any advice?

I have spoken about this with my stepfather who is a doctor/surgeon and he suggested continuing the steroid treatment for some time to see whether the ligatures eventually give in and if they don't I might have to have the hard and narrow part of my foreskin surgically removed which (apparently) should also solve the problem with the ligatures...

Any ideas/previous experience greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
