Cream

I went to see my doctor a few days ago and told him when i retracted my foreskin when erect it was painfull (it wasn`t the frenulum) he said he was going to refer me to see a specialist,so i mentioned a cream called Betamethazone which i`ve seen on this site,but he just rubbished my claim.I don`t want to see a specialist is it possible to buy the cream over the counter or on the net i`m in the uk,please help
