The time involved in successful stretching depends entirely upon circumstances peculiar to each individual...size at start of the preputial orifice, length of foreskin, length and tightness of the frenum band, and especially upon the time and effort expended by each person so involved. And while I have no experience stretching the INTACT foreskin and frenulum, having stupidly acquiesced to circumcision, I do have much experience with stretching remaining penile skin. We of NORM (The National Organization of Restoring Men) always recommend that restoring men stretch their skin slightly beyond the desired position, as stretched skin does tend to withdraw slightly. But it NEVER returns to the original condition, as has been stated here by someone who evidently aborted his effort at stretching.
