You are correct in your assessment Rood. Any reversion in expansion is only to the point at which new skin cells had not yet replaced the small gaps caused by stretching. When someone claims that skin expansion didn't work, it is only because time was not allowed for the skin cells to multiply. Any expansion effort must be carried on long enough PAST the point desired for a period of at least two months for the expansion to maintain. This point has been brought up herein several times.
