I read and learned allot from your articles but I am still a bit confused as to the treatment for this injury. This happened through rough sex. Can you please give me the bottom line on the best treatment for this condition. Viagra was the method that the urologist suggested. This seems to take to long to produce a response and if a response is produced it seems to be a weak one.
If there is nerve damage or artery damage would the treatments be different?
