>First, to answer some of the questions that I've been asked, when I talk about a hard and narrow part I'm referring to a ring of skin that goes all around my foreskin and which is what I've been stretching so far. It feels a little like cicatrised tissue that has lost the elasticity of normal skin, if you know what i mean and is the reason why the foreskin doesn't stretch much at that point. Even now that it goes over the glans, it doesn't do so easily and is a little unconfortable.
Just keep on doing it --- you have reached retractibility, now that little can't be too much of a problem, right?
>The exercise that I've been doing so far was concentrated mainly on widening this ring of skin. I normally slide 2 to 4 fingers under the foreskin in order to hook them over this ring so that it won't slip off and widen the ring. I pull forward and apart.
That's pretty good... and if 4 fingers fit, now that's nice.
>The short fraenulum and particularly the "ligature" were unexpected and unwelcomed complications. Imagine your skin is folded over and joined up where the two folds meet. This is the type of ligature I have between my foreskin and my gland about an eighth of an inch left of the actual fraenulum. This is quite uncomfortable and makes any frenulum stretching exercise quite unconfortable as well as it feels it's going to tear rather than stretch. Now I have to stress this might only be an unfounded fear as I have no reason to believe that it's going to tear.
Now, I myself have this kind of thing; in middle the fraenulum, and on its sides some "normal skin", about 4 mm across, while the fraenulum itself is 1 mm or so at most. Now with what you called ligatures I have never had any problems, nor did I rip them ever. I did indeed rip my fraenulum itself at one of my masturbation sessions when I was 13, but that wasn't an intended, let alone conscious action, but an accident. I severely doubt anyone would be able to tear anything with their bare hands if they're watching out and doing a conscious(I might be missing the proper word here, sorry) action like stretching.
>Basically I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience of a condition like this and, if so, how the problem was tackled and solved.
>Regarding asking my stepfather. I had a chat with him when i was home for Christmas but we are in different countries so for any other cream or ointment that might help I will have to go through my doctor here. And I have to stress here I do understand that the stretching is what actually makes the difference but i read that there are steroids that can help the process and if so, any help is welcome.Sadly, I cannot help with getting the cremes.
