Frenelum is being pulled to one side... Help!

Hi,

My frenelum is being pulled over to one side. Soft or hard, it's always being puled over to the left. Is this frenelum breve? I have an appointment with a urologist later this month. Should I ask for a circumcision? I am reasonably sure it's supposed to be straight when soft / hard. Also, the raphe along the bottom of my penis curves off near the top of the penis. Anyone had similar experiences? E-mail welcome at the above address.
