»here is my follow up question: right now there is no possibility of getting paraphimosis since my foreskin is way too tight to fit over the glans in the erect state. but assuming the stretching exercise will be successful, i might at some point reach the stage where the foreskin will slide back, though just barely and then maybe not slide forward again. i'm afraid that could happen, for example during intercourse. is that a valid fear and shall i maybe not have intercourse for a certain time during which the foreskin is stretched enough to glide over the glans but not stretched enough to do that easily?

Yes and no. It is a valid fear that it might get stuck back there, but you should not be afraid of it, since the moment you realise it happened, you'll probably try to push it forward rather than leave it there, right? Now, indeed, if it got back there, there has to be an about just as simple way to get it forward again. I know it will be probably painful, but all you have to do is squeeze out the blood from the head and push the skin forward. Trying to grab the sides of the skin and pulling at it so that you pull on the tighter "ring" that got stuck, also might work. But it's solveable in the first place. Do not panic.
