Thanks for the clarification andy. Since you already can retract when flaccid, the stretching process will be rather easy and fast for you. That also means that you'll be able to grasp the sides of the skin on each side to pull the opening apart.
No need to concern yourself with getting anything stuck because you already have an awareness of the possibility. That's half the battle, for the guys who have a serious problem with paraphimosis are little kids that don't know it's coming, and they panic. As Ralesk has stated, don't panic.
