You have the same risks that you have with any surgery.

Millions and millions of people are circumcised and happy.

Stretching could be the answer for you. However, it works for some and not for others and is not as near a given as some of the anti-circ community would have you believe. Jake Booth, a contributor to this forum, has had success, so it might be worth checking out his posts.
