Sadly the option open to you are really limited. There's a whole bunch of surgical solutions depending on the conditions - full circumcision, partial circumcision, dorsal slit, etc (check out the site that hosts this forum for more information). Non surgically you could try stretching the foreskin. This can be done with or without the use of steroid creams (which you doctor prescribes). However, it only works for some and not for others. Jake Booth, a contributor here, has had success with this.
