I don't want to get all picky, but I'm totally right. Here's why the options are limited for solving a tight foreskin: Because there are only two. Surgery and stretching. That's it. I think the fact because these are the only solutions, then the criteria for suggesting the "options are really limited" is appropriate. Dig?
