I don't me to blunt, but that's up to you. If you are not happy with current state of your penis/foreskin then you could potentially improve or resolve the issue that is making you unhappy and possibly preventing you from having as good a sex life as you could have, due to numbness problems. If you haven't done so already then I'd strongly advise that you check out the site that hosts this forum for some objective information about conditions of the penis/foreskin that can cause discomfort etc.
