That said, from what you say, you go an entire week with your foreskin staying retracted and then it slips forward. That doesn't seem like too large a cross to bare. There is no cure whilst you have a foreskin, to keep that from happening. The only exception I can think of would be to have your frenulum cut, since one of its functions is to return the foreskin to its forward position, but your foreskin is functioning perfectly.
So I guess there are only two options for you. If you like going about skinned back with your knob exposed but still enjoy having your foreskin for whatever reason (they're super for a wank), then you;'ll most likely just have to put up with the inconvenience. If however, you don't care for your foreskin and have no use for it, then the perfect cure is to be circumcised. As an adult, that's a choice that's open and appropriate, the same as any other plastic surgery.
