Interesting site. Something that should be made particularly clear, is that the "deformity" apparent in "picture number four", is the result of pulling the foreskin quite forcibly back by gripping close to the "ridged band" zone and pulling that to the base of the penis.

It is not simply a consequence of erection, and without such a deliberate manipulation, the appearance would be perfectly normal, as in picture two.
