On a 14 months old child you cannot decide YET, whether it'll be loose or gets phimosed later. Even more, phimosis depends on the child, and you, if you tell him not to touch his willy, like, ever, he'll get phimosis since he doesn't use his foreskin in his child years.
Well.... if you come here or on any forum, you are wanting an opinion or two. Here's the opinion. There is no such thing as "you anti-circers don't even bother answering". I barely believe you'd be real, either.
If this is real, however, then please undergo surgery your "not practicing" self and have some dangly and dirty and smelly bits of yourself removed. I sure hope your son will tell you you should have never messed with HIS body.
