...is totally possible with phimosis. Unless, of course, you are unable to have sexual intercourse due to the pain/lack of sensation that phimosis can cause. If your foreskin doesn't retract at all then the ejaculate might have some problems hitting it's target - due to the fact that it dribbles out at a later time and not when it should.
