I can't say what it IS, but I can say with confidence it is NOT the result of over-masturbation, unless you have been so rough as to cause substantial bleeding or bruising. The penis doesn't 'know' the difference between intercourse and masturbation - it gets enough stimulus and it squirts. Don't look for ways to blame yourself - you have enough thinds to deal with. Good luck finding what it is.
