> If urine comes out readily (and of course it does), so will semen. That's what it takes. To aid things you can stay in until the penis shrinks - you'll probably feel like doing so anyway. You will probably find intercourse assisted by stretching the foreskin: there are plenty of descriptions earlier on this site. It's easy and takes only weeks or a few months and works wherever there reasonable diligence and health practices are applied.
