Why have you developed a fear of seeing the doctor, and what is the reason you think he would want to see your penis?
Are you concerned about not being able to retract your foreskin? If so, there is simply no need to see any doctor. If you wish to solve the problem, I can offer you simple exercises that you do in privacy.
