Well, PaulB, ask any real doctor and they'll tell you that ejaculate has to leave the confines of the penis/foreskin before lil' babies can get made. Phimosis can make this difficult in some instances (like when fluids balloon in the foreskin) and if phimosis prevents sperm from travelling into the vagina - then no babies.
