Let's not be petty (on either side. But AJ, if he can pee half a liter or so (that's litre to you, I guess), without having his foreskin balloon to the size of a croquet ball, then fluids are flowing outward just fine. From before he was born, his foreskin was letting liquids through just fine (I have heard that the fetus's urine is the primary component of amniotic fluid - if that's even half true, the thing passes fluids just fine). So let's not try to scare the man with ridiculous claims - if he can pee (at a separate time of course), and he can ejaculate during intercourse, he can make a baby. A total blockage of fluid flow from the urethra would cause far more dire conditions before he even considered having intercourse.
