Contrary to your thinking, we regulars are obsessed only with the rights of children who have had no say in the matter on their own bodily integrity. If predators were to be forbidden by law to mutilate the genitals of baby boys, we would have no reason to be here. By educating young men in the ways of maintaining their foreskins, we are assuring them that they are normal, and that there is no reason to mutilate their own sons.
