"Problem"? Why would you believe that your foreskin length is a problem? I know of no man patiently restoring his foreskin, after having been circumcised, who isn't aiming for exactly the length that you have achieved without conscious thought or effort. Your interest in automatic retraction during erection is evidence of a glans fetish. You would be well advised to deal with that 'problem' before it causes real harm.
